Client
Gallus media, offers audio and video services all over Switzerland. To ensure optimal broadcasts, they collaborate with multiple professionals from different industries who provide expert guidance and support. With a customer-centric approach, the company’s main goal is providing highest quality services with an emphasis on reliability, complexity and personal approach.
Problem
My task was to redesign a service streaming website for a cathedral. The existing website had outdated UI and UX issues. The new platform should have become not only a website for a cathedral but a template for multiple user cases and industries.
Solution
I addressed the client’s needs by providing them with a responsive website design, both for mobile and web. My approach focused on meanings and functionality. Considering this, I designed various features and blocks to enhance user experience, paid attention to minimalism in the navigation, and implemented captivating yet useful elements into the structure.
Design process
1. Kick-off call
Arrange a meeting with a client. Learning about venture, setting up budget & deadlines.
2. User research
Collect information about users and their needs. I use qualitative measures, to discover users’ needs and motivations. Due to limited timeframe only online qualitative research was done.
3. Sketching & wireframing
Draw a quick paper prototype and wireframes.
4. High-fidelity prototype
Design web & mobile version in Figma.
5. Feedback
Feedback from the client, minor fixes & improvements and adding more landing page options.
6. Developing (ongoing)
Supporting developers in implementing Figma design
